Well, here we are in November. We have changed our clocks, completed our first grading period, survived Halloween, and are looking ahead to another great month in fourth grade. WE had great fun dressing up in our career costumes for Halloween, and I have been nicknamed "Coach" by a few! We are working hard to prepare for our webinar this month; the 21st will be here before we know it! We also are looking forward to Open House this week and an extended weekend for Thanksgiving Break.
With two full months of school behind us, it is hard to believe that we have been here that long. It seems like just yesterday I was introducing myself to the class. We have journeyed through much already and are preparing to continue on our way, focusing on what lies ahead. I am proud of the accomplishments that my class has made so far this year, and I urge you parents to continue to encourage them as they grow in height and in knowledge! Keep up the great work!

I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!

I have discovered that blogging can be a great way to keep others up-to-date on what is going on in my classroom, but is also a great way to get insights from others. I have a few blogs that I follow personally, and always find myself led to leave comments that may provide insight, ideas, or encouragement to the posters. I encourage you, the reader, to do the same for me. As you read, post a comment and let me know what you think. If you don't want me to post it to my blog, just ask and I will respect your wishes. However, the more I hear from you, the more I am able to understand the thoughts of the readers. Looking forward to hearing from you!
