Leaves are Falling... Time is Flying!

My my! Time does fly by when you are having fun! We are having a great year in fourth grade this year. There are new and exciting things happening, and I have been so busy that I haven't remembered to keep all of you updated! It is almost the end of October, and we have been busy in 201!
POWER math is well under way... today we celebrate 5 "super teams" with the chicken dance! We are learning so much in such an exciting way!
The Weather unit has been completed; there are many interesting weather instruments on display in the room. I love to see what happens when great minds join together (parent and child)! Now we have moved beyond looking at the clouds to watching the moon... it is such a big universe with so much to take in!
I am glad that we are so eager to learn and take in new information this year. It is proving to be a wonderful year, indeed!

I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!

I have discovered that blogging can be a great way to keep others up-to-date on what is going on in my classroom, but is also a great way to get insights from others. I have a few blogs that I follow personally, and always find myself led to leave comments that may provide insight, ideas, or encouragement to the posters. I encourage you, the reader, to do the same for me. As you read, post a comment and let me know what you think. If you don't want me to post it to my blog, just ask and I will respect your wishes. However, the more I hear from you, the more I am able to understand the thoughts of the readers. Looking forward to hearing from you!
